We offer ten terraced houses in the Klínovec recreational area. They are arranged in two blocks of five houses. Their layout is 3+kk with a net floor area of 76,6 m2 each. In winter skiing, the nearest ski lifts 100 meters from the houses. Within the Interskiregion Fichtelberg - Klinovec, the area offers a total of 47 kilometres of slopes, 1 cable car, 7 chairlifts and 15 lifts. The connection between the resorts is provided by a free ski bus.
